Ohmyhome Takes Home Real Estate Win at the SBR National Business Awards 2026

Ohmyhome won the Real Estate category at the Singapore Business Review National Business Awards 2026, held at the Marina Bay Sands Convention Centre on 14 April 2026. It is the second consecutive year Ohmyhome has been recognised in this category, following the 2025 win for HomerAI.
This year, the recognition goes to Simple App, the proprietary digital estate management platform developed by Ohmyhome Property Management.
Two Years, Two Wins, One Direction
Winning the same Real Estate award category two years in a row is meaningful in its own right. Winning it with two entirely different products makes it something more.
In 2025, HomerAI gave buyers and sellers in Singapore a clearer, more informed view of the property market through AI-powered property valuation. In 2026, Simple App takes on a different but equally real challenge: bringing order, clarity, and ease to the way residential estates and commercial properties across Singapore are managed.

The Singapore Business Review National Business Awards, established in 2016, celebrate homegrown Singapore companies that have made a real mark through transformative initiatives and innovative strategies. The SBR Real Estate win means even more as Ohmyhome celebrates its 10th anniversary in 2026. What began as a mission to make property transactions more accessible has grown, year by year, into a fully integrated property services group spanning brokerage, renovation through the luxury interior design and build firm DreamR, and property management.
