General Sellers Landlords Buyers Tenants General In Singapore, housing related matters are closely monitored by the government. Is this app government approved?
Ohmyhome is a business entity registered in Singapore under the Companies Act, Chapter 50. We are also registered with the Council of Estate Agencies (CEA).
What is Ohmyhome?
Ohmyhome is a powerful user-friendly property platform that provides comprehensive solutions for all your housing needs, whether you are a home buyer, seller, landlord or tenant. You can use our web or mobile app free of charge.
Will the information that I enter in the app be protected?
Yes, your private information is protected and will not be shared with anyone. Your property’s unit number will not be displayed on the app and can only be given out by yourself to a potential buyer/ tenant at your own discretion.
How long will a listing be live on Ohmyhome?
Every listing will automatically expire in one month. Homeowners will receive a notification to choose to extend the listing or remove it. If a property is leased or sold before one month, the home owner can update the status of the listing.
How do I retrieve my password if I forget it?
On the login page, click the “forgot password?” button below the password form and you will be prompted to enter the mobile number you signed up with. A one time pin (OTP) will be sent to your phone. You will be directed to a new form to fill in the OTP and to choose a new password.
If I have a question that isn’t listed, how do I contact you?

Sellers Can I chat directly with home buyers?
Definitely. If you are home searching, expand a listing details page, tap on ‘Contact Owner’ to Chat with the owner.
Do homeowners have to pay to list a property on Ohmyhome?
Posting your property on Ohmyhome is completely free as we do not charge any listing fee.
Are homeowners allowed to post a property multiple times to ensure the listing’s position is well placed at the top of the list?
A property cannot be posted multiple times under the same category e.g. for sale, for flat rental or for room rental.
Our algorithm sorts the listings based on users’ filters and not according to the time they wre listed. Therefore, there will not be a need for listings to be posted repeatedly.
How long will my listing be on Ohmyhome?
Every listing will automatically expire in one month. You will receive a notification to choose to extend your listing or remove it. If your property is leased or sold before one month, we encourage you to update the status of your listing as well.
What are the chargeable services then?
The chargeable services are agent services rendered by Ohmyhome’s in-house CEA licensed agents and our Partners. Learn more about our HDB Resale and Condo Agent Services and other essential home transaction services.
How else can I attract more potential buyers?
You can create an ‘Open House’ to bring more potential buyers to view your property at a date and time set up by you. Posting beautiful photos of your flat attracts buyers as well.
Landlords Can I chat directly with tenants?
If you are a homeowner, tap the in-app ShoutOut feature and filter what tenants are looking for. Then, click ‘Suggest a Listing’ to initiate a conversation with them.
Do homeowners have to pay to list a property on Ohmyhome?
Posting your property on Ohmyhome is completely free as we do not charge any listing fee.

Ohmyhome is a CEA Registered Estate Agency. Only our in-house licensed agents can post in our platform.
What type of properties can I search on your platform?
Ohmyhome is a one-stop property platform that facilitate transactions for HDB, condo, landed and new launch properties.
Is there any success fee to be paid to Ohmyhome once I bought a house using your platform?
No. There is no success fee. Using Ohmyhome web or mobile app is free of charge.
Are there fake listings in this platform?
No. Our team works around the clock to ensure we have genuine listings. All listings are posted by direct sellers/ landlords.
To be certain, we advise Buyers to ask for documentary proof of ownership from the Seller/ Landlord before paying anything such as the Option Fee or good faith deposit.
Are there duplicate listings in this platform?
No. Each address and the unit number is only allowed to be listed once for sale, once for whole unit rental and once for room rental.
Hence, every listing is unique in Ohmyhome.
