How it works

What to expect when you lease your home with us

Internal database matching

Once we have received your property’s information, we will comb through our extensive database of renters and match the right tenants to your property. If we are unable to find you a match here, we will proceed to marketing your property.

Staging & marketing

We will begin by taking photos and videos of your property, as we prepare for a quality viewing experience for potential tenants. On top of listing on our platform, we will market your property on other major listing platforms, including Google and Facebook.

All viewing arrangements and negotiation of terms will be conducted by our agent for you. From here, you will be promptly presented with all the offers you receive.

Closing & documentation

The tenancy agreement, inventory checklist and other documents will be prepared by your agent to safeguard your interest.
