What is included in Ohmyhome Landlord’s Documentation Service package? Our service includes a consultation by our agent, eligibility check of landlord for home rental (for HDB: MOP fulfillment, non-citizen quota), eligibility check of tenant, issuance of inventory list and Tenancy Agreement (TA), and submission of documents to relevant authorities (i.e. HDB). How much is Ohmyhome Landlord’s Documentation Service?
Our documentation service for landlords is at a fixed fee of $588 +GST for HDB rentals, and $988 +GST for private properties. Fees are fixed regardless of the price and type of your home. This is only payable upon completion date.

Can I rent out my house on a short-term basis (eg. three months)?
The minimum rental period for HDB flats is six months and three months for private properties.
If I decide to sell my flat, can I sell it with tenancy? HDB policy does not allow selling a flat with tenancy because the new owner is required to fulfill a Minimum Occupation Period (MOP) of five years, during which they are not allowed to rent out the whole unit. This policy is not applicable to condos and other private residential properties. In fact. private properties are often sold with tenancy.
