Who is eligible to sell their house in Singapore?
To sell a resale HDB flat, you need to have fulfilled the Minimum Occupation Period (MOP), which is typically 5 years and 10 years for Prime Public Housing (PLH) flats. To sell a condo unit in Singapore, you need to wait 3 years before you are eligible to sell without incurring Seller’s Stamp Duty (SSD).
